Sophomores from all over Quincy and the surrounding areas attended John Wood Community College Career fair on March 24.

The career fair began with giving students career ideas in fields of study that they were interested in. The career fair has since become a yearly occurrence for sophomores in Quincy and the surrounding areas.

“I think it gave me more of an idea about what I was looking for,” said sophomore Chloe Inman.

Sara Warning, sophomore, also thinks that the career fair has helped her figure out what she wants to do in college and eventually go into as  a career.

While it was beneficial to students, some said they would like better descriptions of class sessions and more student involvement within the sessions.
