A new science class is being added next year.
Environmental Science is geared toward those looking at the medical field or a career that requires a science background.
To enroll, you must have taken Biology, Chemistry, or Intro to Chemistry and Physics.
Laura McClelland, teacher, said that students taking this class will learn about environmental issues and the effects these issues have on the world.
Principal Danielle Arnold said this class was created for juniors and seniors as a third year science or elective credit.
